Falnive provides tools to create forms, collect responses, and manage form-related data.

You agree to use Falnive only for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for the content you create, collect, and share through the platform.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity performed through your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Fair Use Policy

Falnive offers unlimited forms and responses under a fair usage policy. Our unlimited plans are designed for normal personal and business use.

Unlimited does not mean unlimited consumption of infrastructure resources. To keep Falnive reliable for everyone, we may take action when usage significantly impacts platform performance or other users.

Examples of abuse or excessive usage include:

• Automated or bot-generated traffic
• Spam, phishing, or illegal content
• Attempts to overload or disrupt the platform
• Extremely high submission volume beyond normal usage
• Excessive file storage, bandwidth, or email usage
• Attempts to bypass account limits or security measures

If your usage consistently exceeds reasonable limits, we may contact you to discuss a suitable plan. In cases of abuse or security risks, we reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access.

Our Fair Use Policy exists to protect all users, not to restrict legitimate use.

5. Early Access

Falnive is currently available as an Early Access product.

During Early Access, features may be added, modified, improved, or removed as we continue developing the platform.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

All subscription payments are final. Subscription fees are non-refundable once processed. We do not provide refunds or credits for the current billing period after a subscription payment has been processed, except where required by applicable law.

7. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable after the start of the current billing period, except where required by applicable law.

We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused features.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create risks for other users.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep Falnive available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Disclaimer

Falnive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falnive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Falnive after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
